Partner wanted for 40+ foot Motor Yacht

My family has owned a 30 foot motor boat for 5 years and absolutly love it.  However, we would like to move up to something in the 40 foot range to give us a little more room.

We are interested in finding a partner who would like to buy 50% ownership or work on a long term lease.  We would be open to buying or doing the lease. 

The best boat for our situatin would be something with two staterooms, Flybridge, open cockpit.  Some we like: Mikelson, Bertram, Lurhs, etc.  The boat would be used as a weekend condo two weekends a months, some diving, and if we learn to fish a little fishing.

Please let me know if you would be interested.  Must have some boating experience, be very clean and considerate.

I would like to keep the boat part time in San Diego and part time in Dana Point.  I have the slips if needed and am flexible.
